Brandon I am literally laughing out loud! Lance and Mick smell like laundry now just made my day. I have not had a problem with flies so I have not tried it. We always keep the regular Bounce at the lake so I don't know if the unscented would work. At least the boys don't smell like lavender vanilla. Green says that would be humiliating.

Must be the sandwich bags with pennies and water that Mr. Z has hanging on his garage keeping the flies away. Eusa_dance

OMG I completely forgot about that! Laughing-smiley-004 My neighbor had 3 ziploc bags half full with water with a few shiny pennies in each bag. I asked him what in the world was he doing? He said he read it keeps the flies away and he swears it does.

Shoot, that idea didn't work for us.

RE: Flies!!!!!
We just found some all natural bug spray for dogs. It's called "Flea the Scene". It's made by Happy tails, out of California I think. It seems to last longer than the bounce sheets, but the pups don't really like being sprayed and it's kinda spendy. Once it's gone probably go back to dryer sheets.

RE: Flies!!!!!
I can now say that the unscented fabric softeners do seem to work.
