Rescue Gone Wrong
#1
Has anyone here been following this story, it could potentially affect all dog owners should their dog become lost. This dog was only missing for 3-4 days before a rescue took possession and refused to return her to the rightful owner.

That makes no sense whatsoever unless something is being left out of the story, unless they thought there was abuse.. I would think a rescue has plenty of animals to try to take care of, if the owner of one wanted it back and the animal was in good condition why not relinquish it to its owner right away... sounds like something else is going on there. Very strange, especially since the dog was micro chipped. The shelter should have contacted the owner and it should never have gone to the rescue to begin with.
