Free to good home four year old gentle, sensitive, low drive neutered black an white male. In northeast Wisconsin. Family no longer has time for his physical or emotional needs. No major behavior issues other than usual cat herding. Gets along with all age people.
Sad hope he finds a good home, at least there are no major issues for someone to deal with.
Oh goodness... It sounds like this dog loves his owner and his owner loves this dog. I'm not sure if they can go apart forever. Maybe you can ask this family if they wouldn't mind sending him on a sort of doggie vacation and by that, sending him to a caring home somewhere not too far away for maybe a month or two. Just until the family gets ahold of things and the owner is feeling better. Maybe they can even throw in a visit or two in case they get lonely and have not gotten ahold of things yet. Well and warm wishes to this family and hope this phase they're going through doesn't last long at all.
Sometimes, the smallest things bring the greatest joy.
Keller, I am guessing you are having a bit of fun re Keller being neglected.
You and him will get through this.
Keller would rather die than lose his mommy. Just sayin'.
Gotta love 'em.
I don't have much to add because everyone above beat me to all the thoughts I had, so...

I would take him tonight if I were not in Oklahoma. Too far of a trek to collect him. I hope someone does.
