Hi and welcome,
Do you mean you are running with him. He is too young, I know BCs are full of beans, but we should be careful not to over do it.

I am not physically running. lol I don't run... maybe a brisk walk lol. I just meant we are getting him out of leash and letting him explore and he does run a little, he likes running back and forth to us. We make sure he doesn't get to tired and has lots of water and then a good nap after. He is my second Border Collie my last one Oly was 16 and passed away last summer. Thanks for the concern though. I love seeing how passionate everyone is for this breed.

Sorry I wasn't sure. I have seen and been told how some people run their young pups on a bike, Yikes. It is done with good intentions.

Oh that would be sad if they got hurt or the owner didn't realize they were tired. We just let him play freely in the field next to our home, he loves running through the brush and finding the rabbits.
