only-borders Wrote:LOVE Trip's "smile". He is a big boy isn't he. Why do you suppose Siren was the only one who liked him?

She was quite young (about a year) when I had him, he was older (18 months) but they were at a very similar mental age - She was still quite 'puppy' playful.

I do not think she would tolerate this kind of behaviour now - she is grown up and more serious about life Smile

Lance sometimes reverts back into total puppy mode but is normally very serious too. Last night it snowed and my brother and I and the dogs went out and started a snowball fight. Lance went into puppy mode and was running around, doing the "play-bow", spinning around, and generally acting like a goofball. It was pretty funny and just like when he was a pup and saw his first snow.

I love any kind of collie, lurcher and German or Belgian shepherd.
I'm also fond of small terriers, but I'd need to live on a farm to handle them, as we have too many people in and out
Of terriers, Jackies, Border and Patterdales.....I suppose I ought to say Yorkies, as I'm a Yorkie by birth.
A farmer up the valley breeds lurchers crossed with BCs, and the black and white combination is wonderful.
Almost any other dog, but I'm not too fond of those with a squashed nose.

Perhaps it's a cross between a Poodle and a Snickerdoodle?
