Wishing you all the best Tammy. Drive safe and hurry back with those pictures.

Fingers crossed you don't join the Failed Fosters Club first time around. Big Grin

Thanks everyone!! And Linda, there is a 'rule', no foster failures the first time out!! lol

We are all exhausted. I will try to get pictures in the morning. Sierra really enjoyed the ride home. She snuggled with Jillian's brother, Tai Chi, most of the way home. Tai has gone to his temporary foster home and Jillian is tucked in her crate to get some much deserved rest.

VERY good dogs. Can't wait to see her come out of her shell.

Here we are meeting Tai Chi and Jillian. Sierra is now happy she came along.

We started out in crates. Jillian

Tai Chi

But decided they were more comfortable with people.
This is Tai Chi in the back seat. Jillian was curled up in the doggie bed next to the drivers seat so I could not get a good picture of her.

Jillian LOVES to snuggle. She is storm phobic and her mom used to cuddle her to help her through.
She climbed into Sierra's arms. As you can see, Sierra was devastated.

Sierra and Tai Chi (they REALLY connected. Sierra was in the back seat saying "I could never replace Herman, but I sure could love you".)

One more of Sierra and Tie Chi. She is sad he had to go to a different home.

But now she can focus on Jillian. This is today. Sierra brushing Jillian.
And Jillian is loving it!!

Herman is just fine with her being here. He just wants someone to throw the damn ball already.../lol

No thanks required. This is a pretty awesome experience. Sierra is already nervous about the adoptions. We talked about how lucky we are that we get to love these dogs for just a little while and when they go home, we get to love new ones. So we get love more dogs than most people....so we are pretty darn fortunate! Smile

This is a good thing, and an awesome experience to share with my daughter.

Both dogs are beautiful! So glad you and your daughter get to enjoy this. I wish my parents would have allowed more dogs when I was growing up. I was lucky enough to get Patch when I was on the 7th grade.
